Functional Sleuth

In Functional Sleuth, we present structures determined by the PSI structural genomics efforts whose functions are still unknown. We welcome your input about the possible functions for any of these structures. Several structures from each PSI center are highlighted below. These are followed by the galleries of all of the structures from each PSI Large Scale Center which lack functional annotation. Clicking on a structure in a gallery will perform a query of the Knowledgebase site to provide a starting point to explore each structure.
