Description:

The Experimental Data Tracking Module consists of two components: target progress tracking, and experimental protocol tracking. TargetDB is a target registration database which provides status and tracking information on the production protein targets and their structure solution. The Protein Expression, Purification, and Crystallization Database,(PepcDB) extends the content of TargetDB with detailed experimental histories, reasons for stopping experiments, experimental protocol descriptions, and contact information collected from the PSI centers.
