The NYCOMPS consortium aims to establish a pipeline for structure determination of membrane proteins, applying structural genomics approaches informed by the collective experience of our team of investigators. High-throughput methods are used to establish conditions for protein solubilization; scale-up for structure determinations is distributed to participants; and technology development is conducted both centrally and by participants.
